Alex sat in the hot sand, back against a palm tree. He let out a heaving sigh and grabbed a fist full of sand. He threw it angrily at the ocean stretching out in front of him. He reached in his back pocket and pulled out a cigarette. His lips grasped it. Alex raised two fingers and snapped them together. Instantly, a spark of fire lit in between the two fingers. As he lit the cigarette he listened to rustling of bushes behind him. Looking over his shoulder, he saw a glint of silver. He chuckled softly and returned to his position. Pulling the burning cigarette out of his mouth, he whistled. A silver dog appeared at his side seconds later. Hey Bulls Eye. He sucked in a puff of smoke. Just you and me on this fucking island. His eyes wandered as he wondered if he wasn't alone. Maybe there were others on the opposite side of the island. Arm raised and he scratched the dog behind the ears.

A young boy sat on a rock by the water. He sucked in a puff of smoke from his cigarette. The sky was a light blue though the boy felt grey. He was alone on the island, or so he thought. Davie began to pick up noise in his head, like a radio. He soon could hear the words perfectly.
"Hey Bulls Eye." A boy's voice had said. It was soft and had the freshness of youth. "Just you and me on this fucking island."
Davie smirked as he stared off on the beach. 'I'm not alone.' He thought. Davie stared into the sky as he began to intrude the boy's mind.
"Who are you? And what do you want?" Davie whispered into the boy's thoughts. His voice was low and scarce as if he were trying to lead the boy to him.

Alex's baby blue eyes gazed at the darkening blue sky. He felt as if someone was near. Someone else was on this island with him. A tingle shot down his spine. Goose bumps formed all over his body as his hair stood up. He eyes narrowed and he stared around him. Weakened legs struggled beneath him. Hand gripped the tree. He pulled himself up to a standing position. Eyes still scanned the beach. When his orbs caught no other life, besides Bulls Eye, he shrugged and headed toward the thickening jungle. He set his right foot into the plant infested area. Then his left foot. The trails he made to his "house" weren't great and were still overgrown. He started taking slow easy steps into the jungle, Bulls Eye at his heels. After a minute or two, Bulls Eye stopped dead in his tracks and growled. Alex spun around and stared to where the dog was glaring. Then Alex heard a voice. It was low. And it sounded like a guys. Alex's breathing grew rapidly. He didn't know if it was from excitement that someone else is here. Or from being startled. Bulls Eye barked and lowered his head. Who's There? Show yourself! Alex yelled to who ever was there. Day quickly turned into night, as the sky grew dark. Soon, it was so dark he could barely see the trees in front of him. The moon was not full so barely any light penetrated the earth. He grunted and closed his hand into a fist. Seconds later his whole arm inflamed. Everything around him glowed red and orange. He wasn't going to leave until he got an answer from the stranger.

A heavy frown could be noticed on the female's face as she lowered herself into the sand, the transition from an upright position to one on the ground was not a smooth one. A light huff was given as she pulled her knees up to her chest. She was still pissed about being sent here. This wasn't humane. Sending a group of perfectly fine people to an abandoned island in the middle of fucking-nowhere? Oh, yes, that was really very smart of the government. And despite the fact she had been told on the way over her that there were going to be other people, she hadn't, well, seen any others. They were here, weren't they? Well, at the moment, she couldn't be so sure of that. A heavy sigh was released through her pale lips as she forced herself to ignore her thoughts. Of course there were other people. She just wasn't smart enough to see them. Oh, no, she just wasn't smart enough. Tsk, nice excuse.
Her head snapped up at the sound of a voice, her deep blue eyes scanning the darkened vacinity for the source of the voice. The frown that had covered her lips had disappeared, now a puzzled look masked her face. Someone was out there? So she wasn't alone? Hah, she wasn't so stupid after all. Biting her lip, the female quickly rose, this movement more graceful than the one before. She forced herself not to begin brushing any sand off her ass, instead she began walking generally cautiously towards the direction she thought the voice had come in. Her pace had increased in speed, though she stopped in her tracks when the sound of a dog barking was heard. She bit her lip, keeping it from quivering. Which was more important to her; staying away from a dog or two, or seeing one of her own kind? Oh, dear, this was a difficult one.
Drawing in a slow breath, she took a slow, cautious step forward, choosing she might as well advance. At least until the canine came into sight. And then, if it was nessicary, she could conveniently disappear. Yes, yes, that would work. At least for now it would. Now this was one of the reasons having a power from the virus was good. She got to avoid whoever she felt like for a bit. Well, 10 minutes. But, either way, it was better than nothing.
Ally released the hold on her lip as a male came into sight, she stopped. She figured he was the one who had yelled, but she wasn't so sure. Her eyes drifted to the dog next to him, the main reason she had stopped. Yes, she was afraid of dogs. Actually, she had a fear of most animals. Strange, wasn't it? Little, miss Ally was afraid of harmless, little puppies and kittens. But, no, they weren't so harmless in her eyes. No, not at all. They were all vicious, no matter how small, or friendly they were. No, they were all out to get here.

Alex began to grow very tired of waiting. No one was there. It was all his imagination. My mind is failing me already. His lyrics hid under his breath. He noticed that Bulls Eye had changed direction and was now staring at the way they had came. His ears were pricked. Something was definetly there. Then without a warning the dog shot off in that direction. Bulls Eye! Shit. Alex screamed after the dog, but this time the dog did not obey. Again the boy clenched his fist as it lit into flames and he ran out after the dog. His hopes rose. Maybe he'd finally meet someone. His legs carried him over fallen logs and large bushes. Sweat began to appear on his head. Where the hell is he? he thought to himself. His could here the pounding of the waves ahead. And then he saw him. Silver coat glinted in the darkness. It was Bulls Eye. But he was watching something. Or someone. The boy ran to the dogs side and stared into the darkness of the beach. He saw the outlining of someone. His heart pounded in his chest cavity so hard, he thought it might burst. Alex widened his eyes and took a step out onto the beach. Now he could make out that it was a girl. Shorter than him, but beautiful. He was speachless, for he hadn't seen any human life for months now. Am. Am I dreaming? He said in a low voice, but loud enough for her to hear. He stood, legs trembling underneath himself. He signaled for his canine to stay without even turning around.

Just stay where you are, Ally told herself, going back to biting her lip. A bad habit, you could call it, though she didn't find anything bad about it. So, just perhaps a habit? Yes, biting her lip would fall under her habits. She, of course, did it so often. Whenever in the slightest doubt about anything, or in an odd situation she always bit her lip. But, at the moment, the fact she was biting her lip didn't mean anything to her. Instead, she was focused on the dog. Her eyes widened as it ran forward, in her direction. She froze, her hands shaking lightly. This is what you get for coming closer, now the dog sees you. Get out of her, it's coming closer! Ally was about to use her power, though stopped herself as the dog stopped. It wasn't extremelly close, though it was a bit too close for comfort. Her hands stilled and she took a light breath, forcing herself to calm down.
Eyes were removed momentarily from the dog to look over the male who had ran after him, though fell back to the canine after a few seconds. She figured watching the boy would proove to be of no help, though watching the dog could allow her to stay safe. Ally bit her lip once more, listening to his words as he spoke. So, she really wasn't alone. Fuck yeah, she knew she wasn't just being stupid. She took in a slow breath through her nose, speaking without really thinking about her words. But, luckily, in this case ,despite the fact she hadn't thought about her choice of words, they seemed perfectly fine. Yeah, sarcastic, noticably sarcastic, but nothing she would regret.
"If you don't keep that dog where it is, you will be."
She said, crossing her arms slightly loosely over her chest. Her gaze had been removed from the dog, eyes now rested on the male. Yeah, every minute or so she looked back to the canine, though now most of her attention was set on the male, the first of her kind she had seen on this island.

Alyssa Mera raced after Luca. Luca! What is it? The girl didn't expect him to answer, for Luca didn't speak yet. Then: I sm-mell something. he managed, getting used to the lyrics emitting from his maw. She stopped, shocked. He had never spoken before. No one other heard than herself, for he spoke in her mind. The sounds he made echoed through her head. After the first shock of her wolf speaking, Aly walked on, faster too. Alyssa was excited. Her power enabled her to speak to animals while in her other forms, but it had never happened while Liss was in her original form. Oh shit....its getting worse....or more powerful... Alyssa Mera spotted a large rock sitting in the water halfway. She thought it would be a good place to search for the voices source. That is until she saw the boy...

Alex cocked his head to the side, black hair falling into his sun beat face. His blue eyes met her gorgeous ones. He could see a hint of fear in her little eyes. He also saw them shifting from him to Bulls Eye. And when her lyrics reached his ears, he automatically new she was afraid of dogs. He turned quickly and walked back to Bulls Eye, who was happily wagging his tail in the shade. He bent down until he was level with the dog. Still low to the ground, he looked at the girl. He won't hurt you. He's really-. He stopped talking when he still saw the fear on her face. Biting his lip, he turned to the dog as his mind raced. He stood up and pointed into the vast jungle. Go! Bulls Eye stared at Alex for a second and then disappeared into the dark foliage. The corners of his mouth curved into a small smile and he twisted back toward the girl. He took slow easy steps as he did before, for he did not know her power, or side. He stopped when he was about 3 feet in front of the stranger. Hey. I'm Alex. He rubbed the back of his neck uneasily. He usually was a little nervous about meeting knew people, but he was always confident. Though it was dark, he could see her perfectly.
((Okay, Well I gtg. I know tear tear. Night everyone! Buh-bye.))

The girl's gaze dropped to the dog once more, giving a frown at the site of it wagging its tail. Not only did she have a fear of the animals, she also found most of their behaviour generally pointless. Like wagging their tail. What's the point in that? And also chasing their tail, or marking territorry by pissing on everything. Yes, pointless in her mind. But, then again, Ally wasn't exactly open minded on most subjects. So, it was no wonder she found it pointless. At least it was no wonder in her mind.
Ally's eyes lifted to the male's at his first words. He won't hurt me? Are you so sure of that? Huh? He's really what? I bet he's a little bastard. If she had said her thoughts out-lou, there was no doubt that her eyes would've been rolled at her words. And, if she was alone, she would've allowed herself to do such. Though, to avoid any confusion, or anything like that, she kept her eyes still, kept her eyes on him.
A sigh of relief was given as the dog left, a light smile was placed over her lips. She uncrossed her arms, letting her thumbs slip through her plain, black jeans' belt loops. Oh, yes, her typical pants. Lovely, weren't they? Err, well, not really. They had a few too many holes in them for her liking, but that was her fault. If she had been thinking, she would've stopped when the pants looked at least somewhat nice. But, because of the whole, she decided it would be best to wear something under them. So, that would explain the black and white striped tights that were visable underneath her pants. Damn, she loved those things. They were her 'Beetle Juice' tights. And, in her mind, they were the hottest thing she owned. Well, at least the hottest tights.
"Thanks for, ummm, getting rid of the dog."
She said, increasing her smile slightly. Yes, of course she was grateful. And since the canine had left, she had eased up greatly. She cocked her head slightly as he advanced towards her, eyes being kept on him. Her head bobbed in a slow nod as he introduced himself, watching as he rubbed the back of his neck. Was someone a touch nervious? That though brought a light smirk to her lips, though that was all. Ally, well, she never got nervious around strangers. Well, she usually didn't. It depended on her mood. And today? She was craving company. Ally brushed a few stands of oddly tinted hair out of her face, parting her lips to introduce herself.
"Hey, ummm, I go by Ally."
((Awww, buh bye!))

Alex saw the tension in the girls muscles loosen. He wondered what had gave her the fear of dogs. His shoulders raised into a slight shrug as he brushed the thought away. And when she spoke her thankful lyrics, Alex just nodded his head in reply. The girl seemed to relax even more, and that made himself a lot more comfortable around her. He noticed that the girl was smirking, slightly. He returned the smirk as she introduced herself. He took a step closer. Now he was right in her face, looking down on her. His flirtatious side is pushing at the back of his eye, right now. Well Ally. He reached into his back pocket and pulled out two cigarettes. He really hoped she smoked so he didn't look like a complete ass hole. Do you smoke? He held one of the cigarettes in front of her, the other one was placed in between his cold, chapped lips. He snapped his fingers. Once again, a spark lit up at the tip of his index finger. He lit the cig in his mouth. His lungs filled with the smoke. He forced the deadly smoke out of his nose. Still holding her cigarette, he lit it with his finger. He had to admit. He was a show off. Typical guy. Pssh. He was also hoping to find out her power. He showed his, now she shows hers. Well, thats what he was hoping, any way. The white tube in his hand burned slowly. Smoke rising from its tip. Alex raised an eye brow. Smirk still set upon his pale face.

Her lips curled into a little more of a smile, generally relieved that the first person she met on this island wasn't a complete asshole. At least not on first impressions. But, you know, first impressions aren't always a good example of people's true personality. Sometimes they were, though. Ally usually acted the same with new people, anyways, so her first impressions usually turned out fine. In her mind, at least. And fine in her mind? Well, that word could have a few meanings.
She watched as he stepped closer, the small space inbetween them didn't phase her. She simply smiled, nodding once or twice at his question. Yeah, she did smoke. In her mind, most teens smoked these days. Well, a lot of them did, anyways. Yeah, they smoked despite all the things in school, or commercials warning them not to. But, you know, it was their life, other people shouldn't tell them what to do. If they wanted to fuck up their body, it was their choice. Like, with Ally, she could care less if smoking killed her. It wasn't like she planned on living to be old, anyways. God, she couldn't imagine her being old. But, anyways, her thoughts were pushed to the back of her mind as he lit his cigarette up with his ingers. Shit, that was cool. She gave a light laugh, her eyes widening slightly in curiousity.
"Dude, nice. Yeah, I do smoke...thanks."
She took the cigarette, lifting it to her lips right away. The cigarette was stuck in the corner of her lips, her hands dropped back down to her sides. At least they did for a moment. She released the smoke through her nose, her eyes still rested on him. Removing the cigarette from her lips for a moment, she took in a breath, asking him a question. Yes, of course she had to ask questions.
So, how long've you been here?"

Alex saw the light in her eye as he lit the cigarette. He didn't know if it was because of his ability, or because she wanted a smoke. Or both. Who knows? Alex just smiled back, eyes thinned slightly. But his eyes widened as she took the cigarette and placed in between her small, pink lips. His eyes watched those lips, and he had a few thoughts. But it was a bit to quick. I mean, he just met her. Don't ruin it now. Though he did usually take on things quickly when it came to the opposite sex. His thought stopped abruptly as his ears caught her question. How long have I been here? he asked himself. He hadn't really kept track. The boy raised his broad shoulders into a shrug and dropped them quickly. Umm. About a month, or something like that. He released a small, almost embarressed laugh. His eyes fell, following Ally's body, then down to the sandy ground below. Alex scuffed his foot along the top layer of sand. C'mon Al'. Don't look like an ass. As that thought went through his mind, his head shot up, and he was back to staring at her. He took his cold hands and shoved them into his back pockets. He felt with the tips of his fingers that he only had one cigarette left. He bit in the middle of his lower lip, missing the two rings that sat at opposite sides. Seconds later, his mouth parted. How 'bout yourself?

Ally nodded slowly as he answered. That long? Shit, and to think she had only been here about a week, no, a little less than a week. No that long, huh? She stilled her head's moments, taking another drag of the cigarette. After taking a drag, she simply let the cigarette sit inbetween her lips, well, except for when she chose to spoke. she removed the cigarette once again, tapping her slim finger lightly agaisnt it.
"I dunno, 'bout a week. Maybe a little less."
The placed the cigarette back between her lips, crossing her arms loosely across her chest once more. She usually did that, and usually for no apparent reason. Just a habit? Yeah, just like biting her lip. But I'm not going to get into that now. Ally lifted a free hand to her face, twirling a few odly hued hair between her fingers. Her head tilted back momentarily, eyes looking up at the sky. It was dark out, but that was a good thing in her mind. She liked it when it was dark. The sun sucked, well, in her mind. Too bright, and it made you get tan. Uck, no, not her favorite thing in the world. Ally liked being pale, she liked her skin light hued. But, then again, getting tan wouldn't kill her. But she still didn't like it.

The boy raised his black eye brows in astonishment. His jaw dropped slightly. He almost dropped the burning cigarette from his mouth, but he caught it. It landed in his right hand. He quickly plopped it back in his mouth and took a deep drag. It felt good. Smoking calmed him. It also helped him create fire. Or at least thats what he thought. The boy took the cig out of his mouth to talk. Are you kidding? That's it? Fuck. I'm jealous. He said loudly, almost laughing. He shifted his weight from foot to foot. All of a sudden he grew hyper. This was typical for Alexandre. He had random hyper break outs. He tried to hide it, though. He smiled wide. This time he showed his teeth. Though let me tell you. His voice was calm and lower now. Alex put on his sexy, seductive voice. He didn't know why. His lyrics just came out that way. I'm glad I met you. If I didn't, I'd go mad. And it was the truth. Though he was especially glad he met Ally, not someone else. There was something about this girl. Something different than any girl he has ever met. But what is it?
((Sorry that that took so long. I had to get off the pooper for a sec. XD))
